I would like to be your local advocate and to avail you of all current market intelligence and trends
(where the rapidly appreciating neighborhoods are), financing alternatives, the best service providers
(attorneys, insurance agents, mortgage companies, etc.) to use, and can accurately identify all costs
associated with ownership in the Low Country of South Carolina. As a buyer's representative, I am
able to work solely for you, however, my services are paid for by the prospective sellers - at no charge
to the buyer!
Considering a property acquisition on Hilton Head Island can be a lengthy process - it was in my case,
and I am very understanding of clients that like to consider options at length before acting upon them.
It can also be a rather short one in the case of a very "motivated" buyer. I am equally able to assist
in a very relaxed atmosphere in either event and have a host of clients that have fallen under either
category, and most of my clients are somewhere in between.

Golf, computers, sports cars (PCA member), reading, rollerblading, community service work, beach and swimming and an avid Tarheel sports fan.
