These are typical examples of legal documents you may need to sign during the property location and transaction process.

Contract of Sale	Contract of Sale Offer and Acceptance. This document is used to prepare the offer to purchase the desired property.
Designated Agency Agreement	In a dual agency situation where the associated licensee is both the selling and listing agent, the buyer may elect to use a 2nd licensee to provide confidentiality and advice. See Dual Agency Agreement below.
Dual Agency Agreement	Used when the associated licensee or broker is both the listing and selling agent and the buyer agrees to allow the licensee to continue in this role. In order to protect the buyer and seller, the associated licensee will not be able to provide any advice on offer and acceptance.
Inspection Addendum A	Property Inspection Addendum A provides for a structural and mechanical inspection of the desired property
Inspection Addendum B	Property Inspection Addendum B adds additional provisions for other repairs beyond structural and mechanical.
